Galerne

How it works

You describe. Your AI builds. You approve.

Four steps, not a line of code.

  • 1. Create your space

    An email address, thirty seconds.

  • 2. Connect your AI

Claude, ChatGPT or Mistral. You sign in and choose its rights. No key, no code.

  • 3. Describe your site

A few sentences: what you do, the pages, the tone, the colours. The AI builds while you watch.

  • 4. It's online

You review, you publish. Then you edit yourself or ask the AI.

The three parts

Your subscription covers three distinct things. You can leave with each of them.

  • The shop window: your site

What your visitors see. A custom design and code, built by your AI, that belong to you.

  • The back room: Galerne, the CMS

Where pages, texts and images are kept and edited. Your team and your AI work there together.

  • The premises: hosting

Where your site lives: servers in Paris, run by European companies. Included, nothing to manage.

Where things stand today

Galerne is in early access.

  • Today, your AI connects to Galerne without a key to copy, from Claude or ChatGPT, and edits your content on a version next to the site, which you approve. Building a whole site (design and code) works with an assistant that runs in a terminal, such as Claude Code or Cursor.

  • Soon, everything will happen from Claude, ChatGPT or Mistral, in two clicks: one button to connect your AI, then your description.

  • Meanwhile, Velours can run the build for you, then hand it over.

Frequently asked questions

What is a CMS?

A website's back office: the tool where you create and edit pages, texts and images without touching code. WordPress is the best known. Galerne is one, designed to work with an AI.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The AI writes the code, and your team edits content with text fields.

Do I pay for an AI on top?

Yes, you use your own Claude, ChatGPT or Mistral subscription. Galerne has no AI of its own, and sends your content to no AI you did not choose.

Can I leave with my site?

Yes. The site's code belongs to you, and you export your content at any time, even on the free plan.
